'A Brighter Me'

Mental Health is Our Mission

Our mission is to raise awareness, educate and empower people in relation to the causes, symptoms and solutions to better mental health. Mental Health issues are at an all time high as 1 in 4 people are currently suffering from mental health issues. Issues such as anxiety, depression, bi-polar and PTSD to mention just a few.

Each of the types of mental health have sub-branches and much more issues than we could mention on our website for example; generalised anxiety disorder, social anxiety disorder, obsessive compulsive disorder, separation anxiety disorder, panic attacks and post traumatic stress disorder (PTSD), there are many more to mention but we just wanted to highlight some common major mental health issues that we are witnessing increase in the world currently.

One of the key issues with mental health is that alot of people tend to bottle up their emotions and struggles and don't usually speak up about their issues to get the help they really need. We aim to empower, educate and provide a positive message and set of tools that can hopefully make a key positive difference on the people that need it most.
